What this site collects, and what it does not
This page is about the nactrack.com website. What the product does with your data once it is installed on your side is a different question, answered on the sovereignty page.
The publisher
Who publishes this site

- Hosting
- The site is a set of static files served from a server rented by Yuften. There is no database and no server side code behind the pages.
- Intellectual property
- The text, diagrams and screenshots are the property of Yuften. The vendor names and logos shown belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the platforms supported.
The principle
What the site does not do
- The site sets no cookies and writes nothing into your browser's storage. So there is no banner to accept: there is nothing to accept.
- Nothing is loaded from a third party. Fonts, stylesheets, images and the measurement script all come from this domain. No request is made to an advertising network, an external CDN or a font provider.
- There is no advertising tracker, no social network pixel, and no identifier that would follow you from one site to another.
- A page arguing that your configurations never leave the building cannot itself hand your IP address to a third party in order to display a typeface. That is why everything is served locally.
The form
What the access request collects
- What is asked
- A work address and your organisation name, both required. Then, optional: your role, your country, the rough size of the estate, the number of entities, the vendors present, the constraint that matters to you, and one precise question.
- Why
- To prepare the demonstration around your context rather than ours, and to reply to you. This information is not used to filter your request.
- Where it goes
- The request opens a ticket in our internal support tool, which a person reads. Nothing is provisioned automatically, and nothing is passed to a third party, sold, or used for outreach unrelated to your request.
- Anti abuse
- An invisible honeypot field, the time the page was rendered so a submission faster than a person could type is refused, and a per IP rate limit at the proxy. None of the three calls out to a third party service.
- Retention
- For as long as it takes to handle your request and the relationship that follows it. Write to contact@yuften.com to see, correct or delete what you sent us, and it is done.
Audience measurement
What is counted, and how
- The tool
- GoatCounter, installed on our own servers. The counting endpoint is served from this domain, under /_gc/, and the dashboard is not public.
- What is recorded
- The page viewed, the page you came from, and a rough indication of browser and country. With no cookie and no persistent identifier, so there is no way to reassemble your path from one visit to the next.
- What is not recorded
- Your IP address is not kept, and nothing is shared with a third party. The point is to know which pages are useful, not who reads them.
- Opting out
- A script blocker is enough, and the site works exactly the same without it: the measurement is an asynchronously loaded script that nothing else depends on.
